Company Profile

Changzhou Liquan Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Jintan District, Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. Originating from Taiwan, the group traces its roots to Taichung Zhenfeng Machinery Co., Ltd., founded in 1968. With more than five decades of experience in precision crankshaft manufacturing, the company accumulated mature processes and core manufacturing know-how. In 1996, Shanghai Qunfeng Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in Songjiang, Shanghai, and in 2005 Changzhou Liquan was founded in Jintan to expand production capacity as a modern Taiwan-funded component manufacturer integrating R&D, precision machining, full-process inspection, and customized supporting services.

With micron-level machining precision as a core competitive advantage, the company mainly produces precision shaft products including eccentric shafts and straight shafts, supporting air-conditioning compressors, medical equipment, vacuum pump main units, air compressors, rail transit equipment, construction machinery, and other industries. It also undertakes customized machining of sensor parts and various non-standard precision mechanical components.

The plant is equipped with advanced CNC precision machining equipment and a closed-loop inspection system covering incoming raw materials, in-process checks, and finished product release. It can provide complete PPAP quality documents and has annual shaft component capacity exceeding one million pieces. For domestic and overseas customers, Liquan offers one-stop crankshaft reverse development, drawing and process optimization, and flexible small-to-large batch customization.

The company continues to follow a long-term strategy of specialization, standardization, scale, and corporate management, constantly upgrading production processes and precision inspection capabilities. Looking ahead, Liquan will rely on decades of cross-strait manufacturing experience to serve the global market with stable quality and efficient delivery, building long-term strategic partnerships with upstream and downstream partners.

Taichung Zhenfeng Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in Taiwan, beginning the crankshaft precision manufacturing business.
1996
Shanghai Qunfeng Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in Songjiang, Shanghai, officially entering the mainland China market.
1998
Obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification.
2005
Changzhou Liquan Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in Jintan, Changzhou, expanding volume manufacturing capability.
2018
Obtained IATF16949:2016 quality management system certification.
2021
Awarded the High-tech Enterprise Certificate.
